NDIS Counselling with Aspire Holistic Counselling

The NDIS considers counselling as therapeutic support that helps participants develop different techniques and skills. That strengthens their mental health and helps them achieve their individualised goals. How I can help. As a qualified Counsellor and Social Worker, I can offer more than just emotional support. Supporting clients to develop coping strategies and time management skills to help build confidence and gain more positive perspectives.

At Aspire Holistic Counselling, I am committed to providing holistic, individualised treatment and support to each person I work with. By working together, my goal is to take the time to understand your circumstances, history and treatment goals. Feedback from previous clients has shared they feel acknowledged and understood.

Accessibility and inclusion are important to me. For this reason, I offer both in-person and telehealth services to self-managed or plan managed NDIS clients. Providing access to mental health support from the comfort and convenience of your own home without the stress of travel. Connecting with a therapist who is caring and supportive can be life-changing. Working together, I believe the NDIS can help you live your life to the fullest.

NDIS and Mental Health Support

Mental health support plays a vital role in maintaining good health and living a fulfilling life. Research tells us that people who live with a disability have higher mental health issues and do not receive the appropriate treatment. The NDIS allows people who live with disabilities more choice and control in accessing mental health support services. Individualised support plans are available for people with permanent and significant disabilities, including psychosocial disabilities.
