As a Counsellor that is highly sensitive, I am particularly passionate about helping people that have a highly sensitive nervous system.  My experience has given me a strong understanding of the unique challenges and gifts living with this trait.

The highly sensitive person (HSP) has a sensitive nervous system, is aware of subtleties in their surroundings, & is more easily overwhelmed when in a highly stimulating environment.
